What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unused items. Custom items and artwork are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer repairs on your jewelry?
Repairs require approval. Email us at hello@alanagillespie.com with details about your piece, and we will let you know whether it can be repaired.
Can I cancel my order before it has shipped?
Cancellation requests must be approved. Email us at hello@alanagillespie.com as soon as possible. Custom items that are already in progress cannot be canceled.
How will my order ship?
Every piece is handcrafted, so orders are shipped from our studio within 1-2 weeks. Some items may ship sooner.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied at checkout according to Georgia sales tax rules.
What is the availability of each product?
Every piece is handcrafted in small quantities, and many are one of a kind. Current availability is shown on each product page. If you need a larger quantity of an item, contact us at hello@alanagillespie.com and we will be happy to help.
